Skycity also has a poker room that runs weekly tournaments for Premier Rewards cardholders. To become a cardholder and avail of the poker tournaments, one has to simply register in their website and bring the necessary requirements to the casino upon visit. Buy-in for the tournaments ranges from $15-$500.
- Gaming at SKYCITY Casino The casino floor at Sky City Auckland covers over 70,000 square feet and features a large selection of table games and slot machines. The casino has recently been given permission to expand and add 230 pokies to the casino floor plus 40 more gaming tables. 12 more electronic table games can be added as well.
- Skycity - Offering a wellness area, a spa center and a Jacuzzi, Skycity is situated in Auckland Central Business district, 2 miles from Lilliputt Mini Golf. Residing in a 5-story building, the venue was opened in 1996 and renovated in 2010.
Following the advice from the New Zealand Ministry of Health, SkyCity Auckland has put in place a number of additional social distancing measures to keep people safe.
For this reason, the Poker Room will be closed until further notice.

We are excited to announce that online registration and payment is available for selected Poker tournaments. To register online, click the ‘Register Now’ button (where available) under the tournament listing and follow the online instructions.
To register for any of our daily tournaments, you’ll need to visit the Poker Room at SkyCity Auckland and register in person on the day of the relevant tournament (but no earlier than 2 hours before the stated start time).
In addition to our tournaments, cash games are also available on demand in the Poker Room at SkyCity Auckland (subject to table availability and the number of participants).
